With so much emphasis on physical appearance in our society, and constant exposure to edited images and dieting fads, it can be hard not to compare ourselves to unrealistic standards. Unfortunately, this can lead to a cycle where we obsess over our bodies, engage in restrictive or harmful eating habits, and feel trapped in dissatisfaction.
