How often do we confuse assumptions with intuition, or let anxiety lead the way?

In a world filled with external pressures and internal conflicts, it’s completely normal to feel uncertain, anxious, or lost at times. Our unique experiences shape how we see the world, relate to others, and treat ourselves. We don’t all start from the same place, and life can be messy. Often, anxiety and assumptions can cloud our judgment, making it difficult to distinguish between what we feel is true versus what is actually true. It can be hard to trust ourselves when we’re not clear about our own motivations or beliefs.

Building trust takes time, and the therapeutic relationship is no different. It’s important to me that my clients feel seen, safe, and understood. With that foundation, my goal is to create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, take risks, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
